Trilogy Care manages all funding, compliance, and regulatory requirements. We deliver the hands‑on support — personal care, community access, domestic assistance, and wellbeing support — tailored to each client’s needs.

This self‑managed model gives clients:

  • The ability to select their own support workers
  • A safe, compliant service structure
